For sale is a bench, squat tower, barbell, two dumbbells (the type you add your own weight to), and 130 kgs. of weight. Since I'd like to get rid of it all, nothing's available individually (at least for the time being).

Asking price is $275, though I am willing to negotiate (keep in mind that nothing's older than six months, and the 80 kgs. of additional weight I purchased cost around $200 on its own).


Preference will be given to those who can arrange their own shipping (I live in Tongyeong, about 2 hours from Busan and 20 minutes from Geoje), and all items will be available in early August.

Also available (depending on how much I sell everything else for, it could just be included) is an Everlast chinning/pull-up bar (goes into most door frames), an ab wheel, and an exercise ball.

And for those concerned about the size of everything, I'm 6'4" and 200 lbs. and everything is big enough for me.

What kind of plate weight is it? Is it an Olympic style set?

As for where it was purchased, I bought the bench and squat tower off of GMarket. The brand name is Bansuk Sports. It came with 50 kg. of weight (the type filled with sand, admittedly not the best) and a barbell.

I bought the dumbbells and 40 kg. of weight from EMart, and another 40 kg. of weight from a local sports store (these weights are all Olympic style).


For those who requested pictures, I'll get those sent out sometime today. Sorry for the delay, but we were having camera issues (i.e., I had to replace the battery).

Also, if someone buys it all together, I'll also include whatever supplements I have left for free. I have no interest in lugging it all home with me, and there's no doubt I'll have some left over.

I actually just made large orders from both bodybuilding.com and t-nation.com yesterday.


The supplements may include creatine (Biotest), protein (Biotest Surge, Metabolic Drive, Muscle Milk, ON Whey), BCAA's, Power Drive, Superfood, Beta-Alanine, ZMA's, Protein Bars, Flameout Fish Oil, HotRox, and Spike.

I also have dextrose and maltodextrin if the buyer's interested (i.e., for pre and post-workout shakes).
