I'm so sorry about this...
This may be the third time I've posted this question, but it will be the last...
There is a number ( 6 or 7 digits, I think) for calling the overseas collect number listed on the back of most major U.S. credit cards. It must be dialed before we can call the number on the card...
Could someone please give me that number... again??
I would appreciate it! |

You're better off just calling the toll-free number on Skype.
Sorry, I can't help you with calling collect from a Korean landline. |

Dial 0072911 to contact US operator directly from Korea.
I've had trouble contacting banks toll free or collect in past....good luck. |
