Great 1 bedroom ville apartment located 3 minutes walk from Yeoksam station in the Gangnam area. You have access to everything. There is a dividing wall between kitchen area and bedroom, which is nice. Gravel balcony area. Furnished (and you can have all of our furnishings including kitchenware, plants, towels, sheets, hangers, etc). Huge closet space. Clean and new building. Lease is up at the end of October, and of course you can renew. Cable is included in $50,000 maintenance fee. Security. Landlord who speaks perfect English. You can take over our internet contract if you want. We need someone by mid July, so ASAP!
