#1 is correct.

#3 is wrong for the missing period. If it were there, the sentence would mean that the restaurant is no longer run by a Korean.

A similar senence appeared on the HS exam last week. My Kotex asked me about it, and I had to think quite a bit to agree that her answer key is correct. The simple past is used to signify actions completed in the past.

#4 is correct.

While grammatically correct, I take exception to the "experienced delicious food" part. A native speaker would never say this, at least none that I've ever heard.

I enjoyed delicious food.... yes, or I experienced fine dining...OK, but not what they have... Mad

Maybe I'm just getting old and stodgy, but that's how I see it.

Maybe he was a restaurant reviewer.

If this was ever correct:

2. Last week I experienced delicious food at a restaurant running by a Korean.

I would never eat there again.
