Alright, I've recently discovered a passion for making assorted korean side dishes to dress up my meals. However, the only thing I've figured out how to make is the steamed spinach with sesame. Which, as you might expect, is getting pretty boring.

I'm specifically trying to figure out how to make cold kimchi soup (sometimes called mul kimchi, maybe? It's often offered as a side dish at galbi places), and also cold radish (mu) soup. Does anyone know how to make these?

These are two sites I have used for side dishes, but I don't think the kimchi recipes are included. I will get back to you after I have dug through the rest of my recipe file.
