has anyone tried to get one lately? I'm hearing rumors that it's becoming a huge hassle, and that hotel bookings and return flights are all required before one can even apply for their travel visa.

Also, I want to fly out of China and into the Philippines, rather than return to Korea...does anyone know of an easy way to book that kind of flight from seoul?

Think you have to go through a travel agent to get your visa and stuff sorted out...Don't see why you can't to a multipul destination ticket...

You do have to go through a travel agent these days, and apparently there is no more express option.

I'm having some trouble getting mine (they think I'm living illegally in Korea; I'm not). I'm a Canadian, but I don't think the process is that much different, just the price.
