Is the old, big 10 won coin still in circulation? In other words, should I bring the ones I have with me when I return to Korea? (They are, after all, incredibly valuable and useful.)

I have both big and small "very useful" 10 won coins I was given as part of change in the last couple of weeks so I assume that it is still in circulation ... So bring them with you but be careful not to use all of them at once as they are as you say "very valuable"

Thanks. Smile

I'm already thinking of all the things I could spend that extra 70 won on.

Places always seem content for me to pay in change. Never more than 7,000 or so tho.
