I want some copies of the arrival and declaration cards so I can fill them out in advance. I've found a few for other nations like Fiji so I imagine that they're available somewhere. Google's not helping and neither is the Korean immigration website. Do you guys have any ideas?
There is an immigration office in the city next to me, so push come to shove, I can go there. But would they have the cards there? |

Anyone else think the op's request is extremely strange??
If you reside in Korea then you don't need an arrival card--just custom's card. You won't find any custom's card anywhere other than airplane's arriving at the airport or the arrival's lounge. |

If you are a registered foreigner (have an ARC) you do NOT need to fill in an arrival card. This was dispensed with about 2 years ago.
If you are NOT a registered foreigner (have no ARC), then you need one and they hand them out on the airplane or you can get one just before the passport control desks at the airport.
As noted above, you can only get the customs declaration on the airplane/boat when it is inbound to Korea or in the customs clearance area in the secure section of the arrivals lounge (between the baggage pickup and the door).

Why do you want to fill them out in advance? It takes about 2 minutes to fill them out and they give you all flight to do it. |

Yeah, like I said, what a weird and random request.
Plus everytime you fly, you have to fill in specific information about flight numbers, port of departure and so forth. |
