The recruiter's name is Sarah Fauset. Has anyone had any dealings with her?

I received some emails from her when I was changing jobs last year. The jobs she had in her inventory didn't match my needs, so I passed.(salaries were way too low) I say use more than one recruiter and see what gets thrown your way. I am not saying that she only places teachers at low paying jobs, but that was all that she had when I contacted her.
Most recruiters don't have a clue about the conditions of the schools that they recruit for. You could ask her how many teachers she has placed at the school that is offering you a contract. You shouldn't worry so much about the recruiter, but the school. You need to do your homework and check the school out. |
