We are moving on the 3rd of June. We live a 10 minute walk from Noksapyeong Station in Haebangchon. It is an awesome neighbourhood with lots of foreigners, tons of places to eat with wide menu selections. It is a W7000-W9000 cab ride to either Agpujeong, Gangnam, or Hongdae and you are right next door to Itaewon (12minute walk or W2000 cab) This is definately the place to be.
We are looking for someone to take over our lease, which is 520 000 a month and 3million key money. The water bill is covered by the landlord and the bills are really cheap. We have furnishing available (washer included with apartment) so if you'd like anything please let us know. It is a 2 bedroom nice cozy clean apartment that has worked out very well for us.
