This school recently put an ad up on Dave's. They say they need someone urgently. I shot my resume and documents to Mr Kang and he quickly responded that he wanted me there the day before yesterday. Does anyone have any info on this school? Good gig or bad? The job ad is posted below:

Changshin High School, one of the best private high schools in the region, Masan, a southern port city with half a million population, is URGENTLY looking for a native English teacher who can start teaching as soon as possible from June.
1. JOB POSITIONS:
- Full-time English Instructor for teaching high school students
2. Duties
Teaching credit & non-credit classes with a total of 20 hours per week
Plus teaching maximum 8 hours of overtime per week
Duties include teaching courses such as English Conversation, TOEFL, SAT, and essay writing.
2. QUALIFICATIONS
- Native English Speaker (preferably from North America)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- PREFER a teacher who has teaching experience in Korea before and CURRENTLY RESIDING IN KOREA
3. SALARY
- 2,500,000 won a month
- plus overtime payment of 30,000 won/hour
4. BENEFITS
- A rent-free fully furnished spacious one-room apartment, ten minute walking from school(internet, air-conditioner, TV, bed, sofa, refrigerator, etc)
- Three weeks of paid vacation during either summer or winter vacation
- No classes during mid-term and final tests, school event such as picnic, field tour, sports festival.
- Medical Insurance & National Pension: 50% paid by employer
-Provide a free U.S. tour with annual students�� tour visit to the United States.
- Provide travel cost to Japan(Fukuoka) to get visa(if you are now in Korea)
- Severance pay upon completion of the contract

5. CONTRACT PERIOD
- One year upon contract signed
- Renewable upon evaluation

- A criminal record check

- A copy of passport (the information page) or alien registration card (if you already reside in Korea)
- 4 photos
