I used to use this site alot but now it's disappeared. If you don't know what i'm on about it was a website with the Seoul subway map that you could use to calculate how long it would take to get from one station to another.
Now it's gone. |

I taught lunchtime classes there for several months up until this month. At the end of last month my students took me out to lunch, gave me presents, and basically said 'Our company is fooked'.
The MB administration is cutting about 20% of the workforce and moving many of those that remain to less 'elite' positions.
During the last several weeks I found it pretty weird having to wade through crowds of seated, headband-wearing pissed-off adjosshis sitting in the front parking lot just to get into the building.
They also had guys on hunger strike sitting in tents right in the lobby. They would say hi to me as I waited for the elevator.
Strange times, indeed. |
