|
Does anyone know where one can find good quality vitamins, herbs in Gwangju, Busan, or Daejeon?
I am interested in the various brands one normally finds in health/natural food stores, coops in the U.S. ... or is anyone else successful in ordering online and having them delivered okay?
Thanks for any information. |

It's in Korean, but it has a lot of supplements etc and many or most are from the US. And shipped from the US as well. |

If you go to Costco you can find vitamins. There is no Costco in Busan as of yet, but there is one in Deajeon. I am not sure when exactly the Costco is going to be built in Busan. I have ordered different supplements on-line before. It's a piece of cake. Or, ask someone you know in Seoul or Deajeon to go to Costco and pick something for you and mail it to you. |

There are also GNC's around if you know where to look. In Gwangju, there's one in the underground shopping center between Sinsaegae & E-Mart by the bus station.

Most E-Marts and Shinsegaes have a GNC stall, at prices several times what you'd pay at GNC back home.
A few kinds of vitamins, like Centrum, are available at pharmacies at high prices. |

Centrum vitamins can be found in Gukje market in Nampodong (Busan), usually ~13000won for the 100 vitamin bottle. |

There's also a supplement section at Lotte dept. store in Seomyeon, Busan. It's probably expensive, but might have things Emart, homeplus, etc. don't. |
