| When mailing a heavy package from here to the states, does the Korea postal system have a cheap rate like the US postal system used to have? The usps used to have really cheap slow mail on boats. thanks |

| The form is bilingual and one of the choices is surface mail. |

| just ask for it - don't know the limit but have shipped 20 kg boxes before; takes about 6-8 weeks. |
