I need to find a good home for a 4 year old cat. She is spayed and very affectionate but can be left alone on the wkds. She's had all her shots and is also litter box trained. She loves water and will just sit in the bathroom for hours.

I will provide litter box, scratching post, nail clippers, eating/drinking tray, and whatever toys, food, and litter I have left.

I live in Northern Gyeonggi Do but am willing to travel to Seoul in order to help Echo find a good, loving home

if I put the title as "cat needs a home" some will ask if there's a price or adoption fee. Thus, I put the title as "free cat"......

I'm not asking for suggestions regarding the thread or title of the threads. Reply if you're interested...

Wowsers....there's a lot of people getting rid of cats lately!
Sorry KYC, I'm down the other end of the country, but she's beautiful. Cool name too. Good luck finding her a home.

Hi there!
I'd be interested in giving Echo a home. Let me tell you a little about myself. I just got to Seoul a month ago. I teach at a school downtown, in Gwangwamun. I have a year-long contract, and I am planning to extend it. I have lived with cats my whole life, and I love their company. If you still need a home, let me know.
Thanks,
rachel

I think wuzza meant change the word cat to another word meaning cat. Do I have to spell it for you? Wink

Will you take the cat home with you when you leave Korea, or will you be looking to get rid of it when you no longer have any use for it?

I live near Anyang and I am going to being staying here for sometime as I am married to a Korean. I have been here 7 years now. She looks lovely. How is she with new people? Timid? Does she like to socialize with her human pets..LOL. Laughing

PM me for my number and hopefully we can work something out.

I haven't looked in to how to take an animal home from Korea. Is it very complicated? Hopefully Echo and I will bond, and taking her home will be as simple as booking her on a flight with me. On the other hand, if there is a some kind of quarantine involved (I think this is required in England) it might be less stressful to find a new home for her here. How does she respond to changes, new people?

well please please research this before you make a decision about taking in this cat. As far as I know, taking pets to Canada is pretty easy. I'm from NZ, and my cat Pippi will need to get a micro-chip and also spend a month in quarantine. While i do worry about the stress of the flight, and quarantine, I look forward to the day where she can play outside, climb trees and enjoy nature, instead of having to be in indoors cat.
but yes, research first.
