How many kids do you have in your summer camp?
I have over 100 students.
GEPIK is making alot of money off me.
I wonder if any of the money made from English camps will go back into the Eng. program?
...probably not! |

Do the students parents have to pay money for summer camp at the school? I thought it was free. |

Is it free?
My friend did a middle school winter camp , and he was told each student paid 100 000 won for 20 hours worth of camp.
I think it makes more sense that the parents would have to pay a little extra.
But , I could be wrong. |

bout 120 total, but its split over 10 o so teachers. So its around 12 or less in each class....
But its a free camp setup by the BOE.....so we get no extra money, they dont make money.....kinda good to have a break from normal school - plus its only half days. |

From waht I ve been , the kids do pay a small fee. Who told you that they ( the students ) dont pay?
I know the teachers arent suppose to get extra pay. However , if the school is making money , I think that some of the funds should go back into the ESL program.
You are rigth , it is a nice break from the norm. |

My school made a big deal last month of encouraging students to sign up for summer camp at the school. At the end of each class my co-teacher emphasized the fact that summer camp was free whilst hagwons cost money. |

I had 47 students sign up. 5/6th grade - 15, 3/4th grade - 20, and my special class - 12.
However, of those students that HAVE bothered to show up ... 5/6th grade - 4, 3/4th grade - 14, and my special class - 6. |
