Let me see if I got this right:

To get to Lotte Mart I can take the Green Line (Line 2) to Dangsan. Or I can take the Green Line (line 2) to Eulijio Station Exit 8.

To get to HomePlus take the Green Line (Line 2) to Dangsan Exit 6. or Munrae (Mullae? station) Exit 4? (I am unclear on this one)

Is there an official site for Homeplus? Are they both the equivalent to Target in the United States (except they include groceries?)

There is bound to be a Lotte Mart, HomePlus, HomeEver or Emart anywhere you are at in Seoul.

They are good on some prices, but I pay less at local grocers or local shops for many, many things. They good if you need many things at one time, or specialty items, but there are lots of products that are cheaper elsewhere and you support small families, not corporations, by buying things at your local corner shop.

FWIW, there's a good E-mart inside Bucheon station (line 1 towards Incheon) if you're on that side of town. I live by the Sosa station, and this particular E-mart was the first place I discovered that sold stuff at a quasi-reasonable price. Just my 2 cents - er 20 won.

Doesn't the website have a store finder? That'd be useful.

Does anyone know the closest Emart, Homeplus or Lotte Mart to Sssangnum (Dobong gu)?

I have tried to find one ... but have not found one near to where I live. I have some OK small local supermarkets ... but the only bigger shop I have been able to find relatively locally is a Lotte Department Store in Nowon and know (from living in a differnt place last year) how to get to Lotte Mart and Homeplus in Jamsil ... But I want to find a closer alternative if I can find one ... I expect they are there ... I just cannot find them
