About a year ago someone posted up a link to a Korean pop music video with the poster's own very amusing translation underneath. The video was one of those classic sappy Korean ballads in which a Korean part-time Chinese food delivery guy gets involved in a crash, falls in love with the beautiful female doctor and then, of course, gets diagnosed with a terminal illness.

Does anyone have the link?
