Finally saved enough to get a fast computer!
Wnet to Yongsan and the prices were too high or no English Vista!!
I don't know enough to build myself so please help.
Any suggestions would be great!

I want a fast dual cpu.
4Giga ram
2 terabyte Hardrive
video card that can handle supreme commander, Call of buty four, and that game everyone is talking about crysis.
Monitor about 20-22inches would be good

Budget is 1,000,000
Oh and I want vista.

not gonna happen.

that much hdd space will run you 300k+.
video card is 200k
monitor is 200k+
150k+ for the cpu
100k+ for the mainboard

Your budget is blown and you are not complete yet....

no: RAM, DVD, case, power, mouse, keyboard, assembly ...

and you haven't considered that a LEGAL version of vista (Microsoft Windows Vista Home Basic 64-Bit With SP1 cause you want 4 gigs of ram) will set you back at least 130k....

Time to re-adjust your dream or your budget.

I had that same budget when i just bought my rig:

Intel Q6600 quad core 2.4
3gb ram (expandable to 4)
ATI HD2600 Pro 512 mb
TV Tuner
HDDVD/BLU RAY/CDRW (all in one)
Vista Home Premium
500gb Hard Drive
wireless keyboard/mouse

$929 US dollars

So far, i'm extremely pleased with it. Blu ray player is a nice touch, Vista is better than what the critics have said about it. I havn't had any conflicts with other software. The place i bought it, still has the deal if you are interested pm me.

You can match or beat that price at Yongsan but it is significantly different than the system the OP was looking for (Less RAM, 1500gig less HDD space and still did not include a 22" monitor.)

You may want to consider some RAM as well. At least 2GB.

HDDVD/BLU RAY/CDRW (all in one)

Got a brand name and model # for this, or a link on Danawa?

Since you're looking at nVidia cards, I'll go with that...

MB: ASUS P5N-D (750i) - 168,000
CPU: C2D E8400 - 192,000
RAM: G.Skill PC2-6400 2GBx2 - 105,000
VGA: XFX 8800GT 512MB - 220,000
HDD: Seagate 500GB 7200/32MB - 88,000 (x2)
ODD: Samsung DVD-Multi (DL) - 26,000
PSU: Zalman ZM-600HP - 108,000
Case: Thermaltake Soprano - 50,000
LCD: ViewSonic VA2226w (5ms 22") - 243,000
CPU Cooler: Zalman 9700 - 50,000
OS: Vista Home Premium 64-bit - 103,000

TOTAL: 1,441,000

So that's the big stuff, and you need to throw in assembly, mouse, keyboard, speakers, headset, case cooling, etc.

Looks like this one might be what he's got. Sitting at 299,000 right now.

It says on the sticker that it does HD-DVD, but not in the specs. Not sure.

That's not true! If you're a teacher, you can get an Academic version for about half the price. Mine cost about $70 for Vista Home Premium, and you'll just need to pay the shipping price for the 64-bit version.
