We are leaving Korea in June and looking for someone to take over our place. It`s very nice apartment, around 60 - 70 sq metres in a quiet area.
1 bedroom, 1 study room ( one can sleep ), 2 bathrooms, nice dark wooden floor, furnished ( most of the stuff is ours, so i can either sell it or leave it in ). Key money is 5 mil. and rent is 1.2mil. There is a lovely rooftop as well as bbq! We are on 2nd floor, rooftop is on the 5th. You can have a look from Friday 30th, my number is 010 8987 9957.
