This is a very clean and roomy one-room unit in a relatively newly-built villa. It's a short bus hop from Jamsil, Shincheon, or Sports Complex subway stations, and convenient for people working anywhere from Jamshil to Seolleung.

The dimensions are about 16 feet x 15 feet, with a shower/toilet room and a laundry room/closet. I was looking for an officetel at first, but decided on this because it was so clean and quiet, and cheaper.

There is a cute cooking/washing up area, perfect for singles.

The rent is 10mil. down and 50k per month, or 5 mil. down and 55k per month.

I need to leave the country in July, but the lease expires later; hence, I'd like to help the real estate agent along in finding a tenant to replace me.

The place is available now (I'm flexible).

If you do move in, I can give you a lot of stuff, like a fridge, desk, mattress, etc.
