Someone at the school is looking for housing for me but thought I'd help look too. My job starts end of May and it's in Gangnam. The key money hasn't been decided on yet, but it looks like 2-3 mil (super low, yes I know) with 400,000 a month allowance.
It's just me, so I'm not too worried about extra rooms. I previously had a studio loft which suited me just fine, but I would like a full size fridge this time so I'll actually have room for food. If anyone is moving out around then I could also probably buy some furniture too. Thanks for any help! |

I guess that is possible in Kangnam, but I can only imagine the place. Good luck on that one. |

I'm not actually expecting to get a place in Gangnam, although that would be great. I expect probably Haebangchon or something and just take a bus to work. |

I live at Seoul National Uni of Education (green/orange lines), 10-20 mins walk from Gangnam depending on which bit u want to be at.
NO key money (waived for foreigners, 10 mill for Koreans), 330.000 total a month (30.000 of this is maintenance charge). I am in the sub basement, think the rooms above are a little more but within your range.
Full size fridge and washer provided. Otherwise unfurnished. One room, decent size for 1 person.
Not sure what is vacant right now but will ask landlord if u want.
I am probably moving late summer as I am after trying another part of SK. |

Hi,
We are moving out of our place on the 3rd. We have some furniture, a bed, fridge, stove and washer, tables, dresser, etc. It's 2 bedroom. $520, 000/month. The key money is 3mil. You can come here a little earlier if you want and there is room for a roomate, if you end up wanting one. We live in Haebangchon. Let me know. Ashley |

Does your place have a kitchen? A large kitchen is not necessary, but a fridge and stove would do nicely. And what about a bathroom? |

valkerie can you email me or post your email please? mine is [email protected] I'm looking for a place, and I think you could immensely help me. If things work out, kalbi on me (unless you are freaked out by getting treated by someone you met on the net but I assure you I'm a normal person). I'm actually leaving to Seoul tomorrow so it is kind of urgent. Thanks! |
