Hello...I'm looking into moving to HBC early-mid July and was wondering if anyone had any information that could help me obtain something there. I would prefer a roof top or patio apartment and my price range is between 400,000-500,000 won, also open to a two-bedroom.
If anyone knows any good real estate agents or has any info on some places available, please let me know.

How much key money do you have available to put down might be mentioned as well. |

Key money available to me would probably be around the 2-4 million won range. But im also looking to grab a two-bedroom/3 bedroom potentially with a friend of mine, so Key money shouldn't be an issue |
