I am still pissed off because Kitchener is my favourite team. 56 shots and one goal in the final.

They're my hometown team. My step-brother played for them a few years back.

Anyway, what happened would have been a tragedy had it been the Rangers who had won it, but it was instead the Chiefs hoisting the Cup so I feel free to laugh myself silly.

I went to U of Waterloo. I'm not actually from that part of Ontario. But, I always liked the Rangers and also the Barrie Colts.

I went to U(W), too, and although I didn't grow up in the K-W area, I call it home. I lived, worked, and taught there for ~10 years.

K-W is my home town as well. Lived in Cambridge for 20+ years and Kitchener Ottawa st. for a year. Just a few minutes walk to the Aud. Very small world indeed.

Oh, are we saying the K-W is our hometown? That is NOT what I meant. Spokane is my hometown. Last time they won the cup, their team was led by "Fat" Pat Falloon and Ray Whitney.
