Hi,
I understand that E2 visa workers are allowed to work a second job if they have written permission from their sponsor employer and confirmed with immigration. Is this true, and are their any stipulations (For example, maximum amount of hours allowed to work at second job).
My employer is willing to allow me to do extra work if it can be done legally so I'd appreciate any advice.
thanks,

You can work for a second employer as long as 1) you work less hours for them than you do for your visa sponsor, and 2) if you work at a hogwon, you can't work at a second hogwon (I don't know why.) |
