I teach a group of students that enjoy reading articles and discussing them. They are an intermediate level class. They asked me to find some articles about mad cow disease. I hvae looked but I cannot seem to find any articles that are written at their level.

Does anyone know any articles about this that are written at a lower level. I think Korea teen times level would be about right. The regular KT is written at too high a level.
