They say, as the name implies, that they are more conversation based--don't they all? And they were established 2005, I hear. And they wanna pay 2.4M, it seems. If it's not here already, I'll post the contract when I get it.

Talking club is part of a franchise and obviously franchise schools vary, I don't know anything about the Yongin Branch, but overall Talking club isn't the best place to work at. When you get the contract (unless it's changed alot in the last 9 months) you'll see why.
Training seminars: a full weekend when you start (though usually after a couple of weeks, so not useful - the content is really atrocious) plus a saturday every 3 months or so.
Independent contractor scam, 3.3% tax, no pension.
Vacation decided upon according to the Calender: this year's calender has 6 days vacation... (they will say 10, but they mean 5 in summer, including Sat and Sun and same for Winter).
Plus a whole bunch of other crap which may or may not be franchise specific.

Finally, it is conversation based... but depending on your director, depends how religiously you must follow the syllabus...and the set syllabus is really poor. Perhaps some of the most boring EFL books I've seen coupled with spelling and grammatical mistakes aplenty.
