My younger sister lived in Chile for a year. She had nothing but positive things to say about it. I almost believed this until I saw the section where he says "currently working in Nigeria" and said "hmmmm, I don't think this is true."
I agree. NEVER trust anyone you come into contact with on the internet, especially if they openly say they are in Nigeria. That just says "Hi, I specialize in ripping people off. You want some?"
