Does anyone know if teaching at two different schools within the same franchise is legal on an E2? I will teach at one campus MWF and a different campus on T/TH. Hours 2:00-8:30. Thanks a lot.... |

Unless they have you registered as an employee of both franchises it is not legal. |

It has to be approved by immigration (in advance of your doing it).
You will need to go to immigration and file an application for "change or addition in place of employment". This will also require some paperwork from your bosses.
The addition when it is approved will be added to the back of your ARC making it legal. |

Are the two locations something we should definitely have written into our contracts? Thanks. |
