At present = In no uncertain terms = NO.

In the near future = maybe. There are changes in the offing and lord only knows what they will bring for certain.

Possible? Yes.

Worth the risk? Not unless you enjoy getting screwed over by anyone desparate enough to employ you. That and the possibility of getting deported and/or fined.

Legal? Absolutely not.

If they are a university student with two years completed, yes. Through the TALK program.

Not as of this moment they can't. The TaLK program isn't off the ground or officially approved by Immigration yet.

You'll need to contact a korean consultate in your area about it. They're the ones that's putting out the word. Not sure how good they are in doing that tho.

Anyways, FYI about talk program. you'll be working in public schools all of south Korea. it's going to pay 1.5 million. No more than that. That's the price of no degree. Plus the usual that we have to go through in red tape.

Can they LEGALLY work in Korea is the main question; the answer to that is a big NO........but with that being said, there is alot of work here even for those without degrees.
The best place to look wouldn't be this site (I wouldn't use this site even if I was looking for a legit job), I would use the following;

www.Englishspectrum.com
www.myenglishjob.com

They post many part time jobs that are desperate for teachers.....

As long as you keep your head down and your nose clean, you can probably make more money that those with E2 visas..........good luck
