I went to the police station in my neighborhood yesterday and got fingerprinted. I have the card to send back and get my criminal check, but it is in Korean. Has anyone sent this kind of card to the states yet?

Does the fingerprint card HAVE TO BE in English?
Fingerprints should be fairly universal, right?

Just a few questions...
