| Not a UFC fight. Kimbo would get destroyed in the UFC. |

That was definitely a nasty injury, however I have to agree that Kimbo would get destroyed with real UFC fighters. Kimbo is good for backyard fights when he beats up on a crack head. |

Yeah, they said it was a badge of honor to have cauliflower ear, ewwww!!
If Kimbo is the black guy he looked really, really scary!! I was rooting for him b/c he was from Miami.
I obviously don't watch UFC so I did not know it wasn't a UFC fight, oops! |

So if you don't know what UFC is why are you posting about it?
Kimbo is ok... hes training with Bas Rutten... so he must be picking up a few tricks.
I'd like to see him transition to the UFC after some more training and see what he can do. |

Kimbo has adapted better than I expected to MMA - Thompson is a 'gatekeeper' fighter - if you are good then you should beat him with
ease (For example Butterbean). But full credit to Thompson for having a go with a pretty painful looking cauliflower ear.
Kimbos stamina and technique is improving - he would squash Sean Gannon if they fight now but I would like to see Kimbo in against Cabbage Correira - anyone see his fight vs Butterbean? Man - that was a scrap and a half! |

Because I was watching at a bar the other night with some friends and I saw a guys ear fall off!! It doesn't matter if I like UFC... that was pure entertainment, and truely disgusting!! |

Although hardcore UFC fans and media have been critical of the Elite XC production on CBS there were a couple good matches (including Gina Karana's) and the show did very good ratings for network TV on Saturday night.
For entertaining MMA and pro-wrestling coverage, I check our "Between the Ropes" every Wednesday night http://www.betweentheropes.com/
It's now official that Brock Lesnar's next opponent in UFC (this August) will be Heath Herring (the "Texas Crazyhorse") - after Mark Coleman had to cancel due to injury.
Although Herring is tough and experienced, it looks like a very good match-up stylewise for Lesnar. |

U.F.C is an MMA organization, just Elite XC. MMA is the sport. |
