I know a lot of people who are going. Google Deokjeokdo and you will find ferry info. It's pretty easy. See you there! |

I'm planning on heading out there, but was wondering about camping. Are there designated "camping" areas or do you just plop your tent down wherever?
I just can't imagine there being actual logical areas. I don't know, Korea, Korea... |

We will not be making this trip as we have a wedding to attend.
You can pitch a tent at Sappori Beach. Try to go in where the trees are and place your tent so a tree is blocking the lamp. Have a great time! |

My Korean friend just tried to make a reservation for my parents (I'd be camping on the beach) for the end of June at the cabins on the far left of the beach (who shall remain unnamed due to Draconian libel laws).
Great location. Pity they refuse to rent to foreigners anymore. Please feel free to kindly express your opinion of them if you happen to wander by. |
