| My wife is Korean and we are planning to travel to the States for vacation. Does anyone have experience getting a non-immigrant visa (NIV), B1 or B2 type, for your Korean wife/husband? I read about the process on the embassy website and it sounds like you have to prove that you will not just stay in the States once you are there. Has anyone gotten this visa before? What kind of proof was sufficient? Thanks in advance. |
