I bought this for around $300 two years ago. I haven't used it much. I have only run one 63 minute tape(same tape as the one I'm giving you- the dry type) through it and used it once for a short portion for capture(this is where much of the wear and tear happens). Comes with everything that I got originally(no manual and box) plus+ 1 new Professional Panasonic DV tape(not the cheap one) and a Tiffen UV filter.
I'm pretty good with my toys so I know that this camcorder still has many years of use in it. Because of the Tiffen UV filter, the original lens on the camera doesn't have a smudge on it. Cosmetically, it is in very good condition - maybe a 8 or 9 on a scale of 1 to 10. The LCD has a protective film on it which I put on right after I bought it.

* usb cable
* avi cable
* Original battery
* Tiffen UV filter
* Panasonic DVM63 miniDV tape
* 16MB SD card
