After 5 years of biking in the Korean countryside I finally found some wild raspberries yesterday. Quite yummy.

Has anyone ever seen wild blackberries here? I prefer them to raspberries.

They are called san dalgi or mountain strawberries. I've been eating a ton of them lately. There is a black long blackberry type berry in the markets these days too and I tasted one but wasn't compelled to purchase. They are often sold beside the dalgi.

Just an hour ago I was at a smallish supermarket and for the first time ever I saw rasberries being sold. I snatched them up, a small package for 1,600 won. The flavor wasn't as intense as the ones back home, but still very delicious (and healthy).
