i'm leaving my apartment: rooftop patio. seperate bedroom. 5 min walk to hongik university. 5 mil. won deposit, 510,000 won per month plus utilities- super good deal for this area. the landlady doesn't speak english so you'll need to bring along a friend who can translate. available july 3rd. please email me at [email protected] and write apartment in the subject line.
