This is f'in scary. In short: ISP's in Canada have confirmed that by 2012, ISP worldwide are going to reduce internet usage to a few stock sites, like a cable tv service.

What can we do as Foreign teachers? I'm heading back to Korea soon and would love to meet with anyone else interested in raising awareness.

I thought "net neutrality" had been discussed and smashed to death in a pit of fiery suck years ago.
