What is going on here! The American people are rightfully screaming over $4.00 per gallon prices at the pump and liberals and RINOs in Congress are actively and aggressively trying to RAISE THE PRICE OF GASOLINE AT THE PUMP EVEN HIGHER!

Just a few days ago, the Senate attempted to pass the Boxer Climate Tax bill, a deceptive piece of legislation that Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell claimed would raise the price of gasoline at the pump BY ANOTHER $1.40 a gallon!
McConnell continued to summarize the economic consequences of the Boxer bill:

"It is, at its heart, a stealth and giant tax on virtually every aspect of industrial and consumer life. It would result in massive job losses. And it seeks to radically alter consumer behavior, without any measurable benefit to the environment in return."

"And that's why it's so hard to comprehend the Majority's decision to move to a bill, at the start of the summer driving season, that would raise the price of gas by as much as $1.40 a gallon, home electricity bills by about 44 percent, and natural gas prices by about 20 percent.
"Overall, it's expected to result in GDP losses totaling as much as $2.9 trillion by 2050."

And who would be asked to bear that unbearable cost? The American people! And it's not peanuts... we're talking about a built-in future indebtedness of $29,000 per every single household in the United States!

The Wall Street Journal also saw the bill as a power grab by Big Government, a classic socialist coup:

"This is easily the largest income redistribution scheme since the income tax.... All of this helps explain why so many in Congress are so enamored of 'doing something' about global warming. They would lay claim to a vast new chunk of the private economy and enhance their own political power."

What liberals and RINOs in Congress are trying to do is not merely stupid. When it begins to destroy a great nation, STUPIDITY BECOMES DOWNRIGHT EVIL!

And make no mistake... when it comes to giving relief to Americans who are suffering because of the high cost of gasoline at the pump, our legislators could enact real legislative solutions TOMORROW!

Unfortunately they're too busy trying to deceive us into supporting measures that raise our taxes and increase their power -- AND THEY'RE NOT ABOUT TO STOP ANYTIME SOON!

Unless of course we TAKE THEM TO TASK... RIGHT HERE AND RIGHT NOW!

If we deluge them long enough and hard enough... if we deluge them right now, they will listen... but only if we speak up!
