|
|
Has anybody resigned a few months prior to the end of their 1-year contract from a public school or a hagwon (for any reason other than illness, death in the family or another crisis)?
How understanding have they been? If you foresee that you may not be able to finish the 1-year contract (but you'll be able to finish like 10 months of it), should you warn them in advance, or just wait it out until you know for sure, and resign when necessary?
I know this is a complicated question, but I'd like to get all of my bases covered before I sign any contract. |

Public school - follow the contract terms and if you have problems with your co-teacher, go to the program liaison.
Hakwon, just pull a runner cause you're gonna get screwed out of your last months pay anyway.
