So, today i was waiting at the bus stop 10metres from my hagwon when some Korean ajossi asked me which bus went to deokso, i told him i didnt know in korean, then he asked me where i was from, i told him australia,

at which point he started telling me that i was a liar and i was american, and entered a tirade about american beef and how bad it was, he kept coming up to my face and screaming at me, which i just ignored, and i eventually told him i dont like american beef either.

Getting bored at simply talking to me he started telling the other koreans who were just standing there that i was an american and about the beef etc, anyways he then came back to me continued with his profanties started wrapping toilet paper around his knuckles hehe and then kim "steven seagal" jong il tried a spinning elbow which albeit briefly connected with my jaw, i just pushed him back away from me, i wasnt going to belt some loony in the face for being ignorant, anyways i called my manager and she called the hagwon and a small korean teacher who started last wednesday came and apologised to the man and told me he was crazy or drunk and that was pretty much it.

im not really sure why i bothered writing this post, maybe i just really wanna crack him one in the head, so instead im writing a post, and hitting my keys really really hard... ok peace....

Is it me.....or is every white guy here non-confrontational? I would have laid that guy out as soon as he started with that crap. I know this is their country and all that crap....but one hit is all it takes to knock an ajosshi out. Then you run and jump in a taxi...

no photo's i dont have a camera crew following me around in case something trivial happens so that i can post it on daves sorry asylum seeker, next time i will get out my camera and ask the person to do it again spastic. and why for that matter would i make a story like that up, i would have at least said some shit about it being a full blown brawl, he hit me like i said not very hard i pushed him back and besides me swearing at him afterwards that was pretty much it.

after he hit me i pushed him away and went off at him, but im not gonna punch some bloke out basically in front of me hagwon.

We should all start carrying cameras around in case "sh** goes down". Personally, nothing has happened to me remotely negative regarding the issue.

U need to learn to project a very slightly threatening aura when out in public. The dismissive hand wave/ grunt of revulsion when confronted with a loon works well too. Dress smart.

The aforementioned averts 99% of such incidents.

Don't be the smiling newbie who entertains such BS.

For the unavoidable 1% of drunken encounters, learn to yell obscenities at a moments notice and outstare people.
