I'm debating on whether or not to accept a contract in Gunpo. Has anyone lived there before or is there anything you can share about it? Thanks |

unsure where you would be in Gun-po, but the San-bon areas are nice.
We've commented before that it is an odd transportation hub, as well - geumjung station is close, whcih connects the #1 & #4 lines. In Gunpo is a train station, as well. You are close to Suwon & Gwangmyung (where the KTX is).
There is a smaller set of bars in Sanbon, and a bigger set close by in Anyang. Also, weirdly, it is about the same travel time to go to Songtan, Itaewon, Gangnam/Apkujung, or Hongdae/Edae/Shinchon areas.
TheSanbon part of Gunpo is pretty clean, with some mountains around it. Easy to orient.
There are other posters who can fill in more.]
Good luck to ya!

I'm in Gunpo but at the Sanbon end.
Remember: Sanbon good, Gunpo bad. |
