Back in Thailand my school had the Discovery English program. It was a server based program that allowed students to complete lessons at their own pace. It wasn't a bad program but there are better out there.

I can't actually find a link to Discovery just now.

Can you think of any other programs that are similar?

I'm not sure if this is what you're after, but there seem to be a lot more free on-line resources available now compared to when I started a few years back.

Not really.

It was a specific program for schools.

A bit like Rosetta stone but it was significantly cheaper for the multi user license.
