Does anybody have/know of any material to help people prepare for the new speaking component of the TOEIC test? A website, a recently published book/cd, software, whatever. |

Any bookshop will have prep books focusing on the speaking component of the TOEIC test. All of these books will be relatively recent publications, as publishers have to keep up with the ever changing test.
Go to any bookshop. Find the English textbook sections. Leaf through a few of those with TOEIC Speaking Test written on them in big bold letters. Choose one you feel comfortable with. Proceed to check out line. |

You're not making it very easy for others to help you. You didn't indicate the age of your students, nor their proficiency level.
My original response to your query stands. Most TOEIC prep books are very similar to one another, as the test follows a standard format. Do a little bit of research on your own and don't ask others to do your work for you.
Here is a link to get you started: www.google.com |
