AVAILABLE: JUNE 20th to September 1st

I'll be gone for july and most of august (except last week). Sublet the entire apartment for 1 month in July (available June 20th). Shared accomodations for August.

| i forgot to mention that it is on the mountain adjacent to namsam mountain. I live amongst many of the best mansions in korea. This is a nice and quiet area and it has the best shuttle bus service to everywhere in Seoul. |

Hey man...its the guy you traded books with. I might be interested in subletting your place. Im staying in a shitty goshi-won for the summer as I work this summer program. Its quite lame and I'd love to get out...but its so expensive in this apgjujeong/shinsa area and my school will only provide W500,000 for housing. The one thing I like about living here is that its very close to work...and I'm worried Itaewon might be kind of a haul, especially when I have early classes. Are you leaving the place fully furnished? How come you're leaving the place? Maybe you can tell me a bit more about the neighborhood, b/c im a little weary of itaewon. Also, the ad says its going to be shared in August...give me more details about that, please. Thanks. Maybe i can take a look on Sunday. 010-3011 2464
