I do some corporate catering and have been asked to grill up some moo and oink USA style on a Weber. When this idea was thrown around the client's office a guy spoke up that it is illegal to grill in parks or other public places. Others said that only applies to National parks.

Anyone have credible experience in this area. I would hate to be left serving potato salad on burger buns.

'tis true that we probably won't get arrested however it sucks to think a cop might choose THAT day to be awake enough to wag his finger at us, thus leaving many kg of beef/pork uncooked but opened.
