Short answer since you can't scan back more than a page or look in the sticky threads or FAQs:
IF you are MORE than 9 months into your contract you can switch employers with a simple LOR, the blessing of your old employer, a new contract and transfer of your visa.
IF you are LESS THAN 9 months into your contract you need to leave the country, hand in your ARC, cancel your visa and start the whole process over again with a complete set of new documentation. |

| What makes you think your new job won't be with kiddies again? I am not saying it's impossible, but the sooner you accept kids classes, the sooner you will enjoy (or at least be able to get through) the day. |
