Are tattoos sexy?
I think so.
Are there any top class tattoo artists in Seoul and what is the perception of this type of expression in Korea?

depends entirely on the tattoo and the girl in question....

i dont find the standard tribal lower back tattoo particularly sexy...but ive seen some extremely sexy tattoos..

and a very sexy tattoo can be destroyed if its sitting on a fat girl.

Not at all. That being said, I would not reject a woman based just on a tattoo.

I see it as a deformity. Whether it's a deal breaker depends on where it is, and how big it is, and whether he has plans to get more. Like any other icky quality like a gut, or scars, or bad teeth, or whatever, it's okay to a certain point but after that... no.

This is related in it's own way. I was wondering if anyone knew of a good place in Seoul to get a tattoo removed. I figure it's not something they'd have a lot of experience with. What can I say I was 19 and stupid. That being said, I'd get another one. I like them and they're addictive, I'd just put more thought into it and not get a big a$$ fairy on my ankle.

I vehemently detest tattoos. They cheapen peoples' appearance. You automatically lower the value of your appearance by getting a tattoo. You permanently stamp yourself with some lame image that passed through your brain as being attractive or cool and turn it into something to show off to people. It's a cheap way to attract attention and disguises a deep-rooted lack of confidence and awareness of the fact that one's self has no intrinsic importance or status in the eyes of others.

I dislike 99% of tattoos. Once in a blue moon, I see an awesome tattoo, but most of the tattoos I see on a daily basis are kind of pointless.
