I have to put money on my cell phone but I don't know how, can anyone help me out?

Go to a KTF or SK shop, depending on your provider, give them your number and some money. They'll give you a receipt and you'll get a text message with your new balance within seconds.

That's how it works with KTF anyway.

All of the above have worked in the past, but don't work for me at this time.

Going to one of the major stores like KTF or Show doesn't work unless the phone is registered in your name. KTF recently changed their rules and won't allow you to recharge your balance unless the name on your ARC and the name the phone is registered to match.
