maybe a bit to harsh, I would advise keeping it more professional....

the comments about going to Japan because you heard it was nicer than Korea and the "your English sucks" are a bit much in my opinion

but if you are trying to get money you think you are owed by him, and approach it by insulting him and his country......good on you

Also, i don't understand how one can relinquish all ties to someone they plan on contacting in the future.
...and, and, and, if you heard Japan was better, why did you sign a new contract in Korea?

Good luck with this.

Japan is better than Korea in every single way-the Japanese invented kimchi but let the savages claim it as their own.

No! It was golden!

****,

In reference to the e-mail below at this point I have been slow and steady and my patience is wearing thin.
From my knowledge if a contract is signed between 2 parties it has legal standing. The school knowingly tried to hire me knowing there would possibly be complications because of their illegal actions the previous year. Nobody was considering the 60 day process it took me to get my papers organized; nobody took notice that I flew 400 miles to do an interview without a visa number where I was made to look like an idiot.

Honestly ***, this is freaking ridiculous, I am sick of it. Personally, I would rather go to Japan, I heard it is much nicer then Korea anyway. I have now relinquished all ties to you and if I dont get the other money that you or the school owes me I will come to Korea, to your office and get it. I always get what I want and I am not going to get screwed over anymore by you or this school.

I have signed a new contract and they are getting my papers from immigration to file with new contract.

I want the $200 owed to me, I have your home and work office address and I will stop over for a visit if I do not receive my money. Please wire me the money like you had done before.

If you do not I will find away to get it.

Please do not contact me again unless it is in regards to payment.

By the way your English sucks!

Sincerely,

NOLEGIRL

Why, so he can screw someone else. I might sound immature but oh well, I am. He told me I had a plane ticket and a visa number, I quit my job, cut off my cell, sold my car, everything. And It has taken over 3 weeks to get my "original" papers back from immigration (which my new school still does not have). He knew that this school probably could not hire me but went along with it.

I poersonally think telling him I know where he lives if he doesn't pay me back was going light. I made a few jabs but hopefully he will be more considerate next time. Anyway, that was my toned down version.

And I am 25
